OSHA charges fees for specific types of services it provides to NRTLs. OSHA began charging these fees in 2000, and has revised its fee schedule only twice (in 2002 and 2007), mainly to account for cost of living adjustments. The proposed change in calculation approach would result in an increase of the current fees and the issuance of a revised fee schedule.
