E9-27628 Unpaid and Shortpaid Information-Based Indicia Postage Meters and PC Postage Products Proposed Rule The Postal Service is revising the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]), to implement revenue assurance procedures for information-based indicia (IBI) postage generated from postage evidencing systems.
