Specifically, the Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBT), a designated contract market, and the Kansas City Board of Trade Clearing Corporation (KCBTCC), a registered derivatives clearing organization (DCO), have petitioned for an exemption permitting them to list for clearing and to clear, respectively, wheat calendar swaps.
