| E9-26729 | Extension of Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review: Highway Corporate Security Review (CSR) | Notice | This notice announces that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has forwarded the Information Collection Request (ICR), OMB control number 1652-0036, abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of a reinstatement of a formerly approved collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. TSA published a Federal Register notice, with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments, of the following collection of information on June 15, 2009, 74 FR 28264. TSA received two comments and they have been addressed by letters to the commenters. The collection involves the assessment of current security practices in the highway and motor carrier industry by way of its Highway Corporate Security Review Program, which encompasses site visits and interviews, and is part of the larger domain awareness, prevention and protection program supporting TSA's and the Department of Homeland Security's missions. | 2009-11-05 | 2009 | 11 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2009/11/05/E9-26729/extension-of-agency-information-collection-activity-under-omb-review-highway-corporate-security | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2009-11-05/pdf/E9-26729.pdf | Homeland Security Department; Transportation Security Administration | 227,494 | This notice announces that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has forwarded the Information Collection Request (ICR), OMB control number 1652-0036, abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of a... |
