These revisions concern particulate matter (PM) emissions from non-metallic mineral mining and processing in the Maricopa County (Phoenix) serious PM-10 nonattainment area. We are proposing to approve a local rule that regulates these emission sources under the Clean Air Act, as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
