E9-20512 Safety Zone; Sabine River, Orange, TX Rule The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on a portion of the Sabine River, shoreline to shoreline, adjacent to the Naval Reserve Center and the Orange public boat ramps located in Orange, Texas.
