Date and Time: The public workshop will be held on October 21, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and October 22, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Location: The public workshop will be held at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport, 1111 Airport Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15231, 724-899-1234 or 1-800-233-1234.
