E9-17133 Revision of Enforcement Procedures Rule The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) amends its Investigative and Enforcement Procedures in this final rule to conform to the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007. The rule establishes procedures by which TSA may issue civil monetary penalties for violations of any statutory requirement administered by TSA, including surface transportation requirements and Transportation Worker Identification Credentials requirements.
