| E9-1593 | Subsistence Management Regulations for Public Lands in Alaska-2010-11 and 2011-12 Subsistence Taking of Wildlife Regulations | Proposed Rule | This proposed rule would establish regulations for hunting and trapping seasons, harvest limits, methods, and means related to taking of wildlife for subsistence uses during the 2010-11 and 2011-12 regulatory years. The Federal Subsistence Board completes the biennial process of revising subsistence hunting and trapping regulations in even-numbered years and subsistence fishing and shellfish regulations in odd-numbered years; public proposal and review processes take place during the preceding year. The Board also addresses customary and traditional use determinations during the applicable biennial cycle. When final, the resulting rulemaking will replace the existing subsistence wildlife taking regulations, which expire on June 30, 2010. This rule would also amend the customary and traditional use determinations of the Federal Subsistence Board and the general regulations on subsistence taking of fish and wildlife. | 2009-01-29 | 2009 | 1 | https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2009/01/29/E9-1593/subsistence-management-regulations-for-public-lands-in-alaska-2010-11-and-2011-12-subsistence-taking | https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2009-01-29/pdf/E9-1593.pdf | Agriculture Department; Forest Service; Interior Department; Fish and Wildlife Service | 12,209,253,197 | This proposed rule would establish regulations for hunting and trapping seasons, harvest limits, methods, and means related to taking of wildlife for subsistence uses during the 2010-11 and 2011-12 regulatory years.
