E9-14601 Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Maryland; Attainment Demonstration for the Baltimore 8-Hour Ozone Moderate Nonattainment Area; Reopening of Comment Period Proposed Rule EPA is reopening the comment period for a document published on May 8, 2009 (74 FR 21594). The comment period on this proposed action closed on June 8, 2009. At the request of the State of Maryland, EPA is reopening the comment period through August 7, 2009.
