E9-10987 Assessment and Collection of Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 2008 Rule In this document, the Commission adopts a new methodology for calculating regulatory fees for international submarine cable operators. Beginning in FY 2009, the Commission will calculate regulatory fees for international submarine cable operators on a per cable landing license basis, with higher fees being assessed for larger submarine cable systems and lower fees for smaller systems.
