E8-9649 United States Standards for Grades of Pineapples Notice A notice was published in the Federal Register (73 FR 7245- 7246) dated February 7, 2008, revising the United States Standards for Grades of Pineapples, issued under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. 1621-1627) effective March 10, 2008. However, in section 51.1489, Application of Tolerances, the words "packages" and "containers" were incorrectly listed. The correct words should have been "samples" and "sample."
