E8-4461 Airworthiness Directives; Agusta S.p.A. Model AB 139 and AW 139 Helicopters Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Agusta S.p.A. Model AB 139 and AW 139 helicopters. This proposed AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product.
