S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has prepared a model license amendment request (LAR), model safety evaluation (SE), and model no significant hazards consideration (NSHC) determination. These are related to changes to standard technical specifications (STS) for Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF)--425, Rev. 2, "Relocate Surveillance Frequencies to Licensee Control--RITSTF Initiative 5b," (Agencywide Documents Access Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML080280275). The NRC staff is requesting comment on the model safety evaluation and model NSHC determination prior to announcing their availability for referencing in license amendment applications. 2008-12-05 2008 12 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2008/12/05/E8-28850/notice-of-opportunity-to-comment-on-model-safety-evaluation-on-technical-specification-improvement https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2008-12-05/pdf/E8-28850.pdf Nuclear Regulatory Commission 383 The U.
