E8-27872 Public Access to HUD Records Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Production of Material or Provision of Testimony by HUD Employees: Revisions to Policies and Practices Regarding Subpoenas and Other Demands for Testimony Rule This final rule modifies HUD's policies and practices regarding responses to subpoenas and other demands for testimony of HUD employees, or for production of documents by HUD. This rule delegates authority to additional officials within HUD's Office of General Counsel and revises the criteria used to evaluate such demands.
