To Impose a Spectrum Aggregation Limit on All Commercial Terrestrial Wireless Spectrum Below 2.3 GHz Proposed Rule In this document, comment is sought on a July 16, 2008 petition for rulemaking (Petition) filed by Rural Telecommunications Group, Inc. (RTG) (Petitioner). The Petitioner asks the Federal Communications Commission to impose a spectrum aggregation limit on all commercial terrestrial wireless spectrum below 2.3 GHz.
