E8-24300 Comprehensive Review of the Universal Service Fund Management, Administration, and Oversight Notice In this document, we seek comment on ways to further strengthen management, administration, and oversight of the Universal Service Fund ("USF" or "Fund"), how to define more clearly the goals of the USF, and to identify any additional quantifiable performance measures that may be necessary or desirable.
