E8-20704 Economic Sanctions Enforcement Guidelines Rule The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury is issuing this interim final rule, "Economic Sanctions Enforcement Guidelines," as enforcement guidance for persons subject to the requirements of U.S. sanctions statutes, Executive orders and regulations.
