E8-16683 Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records Notice In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a, the National Science Foundation (NSF) gives notice of a new Privacy Act system of records: National Science Foundation Child Care Subsidy Program. This program was created as the result of Public Law 107-67, Section 630, which allows executive agencies to use appropriated funds to provide child care services for Federal civilian employees.
