| E7-6946 | Liquidation and Debt Collection Activities | Rule | This final rule amends the regulations pertaining to guaranteed loan and debenture liquidation and litigation found in rules governing the 7(a) Guaranteed Loan program and the Certified Development Company program. It codifies statutory language contained in the Small Business Investment Act, and revises the Agency's guidance on the proper liquidation and litigation of defaulted SBA guaranteed loans and debentures.
