(Mittal) and United States Steel Corporation (USSC) (collectively, petitioners), the U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from the Netherlands for Corus Staal BV (Corus) for the period November 1, 2005, through October 31, 2006. No other interested party requested a review of Corus for this period of review.
