| E7-5178 | Certain Frozen Fish Fillets From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Final Results of the Second Administrative Review | Notice | On September 11, 2006, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the second administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Vietnam"). See Certain Frozen Fish Fillets From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 71 FR 53387 (September 11, 2006) ("Preliminary Results"). We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results and conducted verification of one respondent, QVD Food Company, Ltd. ("QVD"). Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we made changes to the dumping margin calculations for the final results.
