(collectively, Mittal). Neither the petitioners nor the respondent commented on the preliminary results. The Department has made some minor corrections to the margin program used for the preliminary results. See Changes Since the Preliminary Results section below. Although we have made certain changes since the preliminary results, these final results do not differ from the preliminary results.
