Under this temporary deviation in effect from January 10, 2008 through April 14, 2008, the Spuyten Duyvil Bridge need not open for the passage of vessel traffic from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. The draw shall open on signal one time each day to accommodate vessel traffic between 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m., after a one-hour advance notice is given by calling the number posted at the bridge. Vessels that can pass under the draw without a bridge opening may do so at all times.
