E7-1837 Agency Information Collection Activities; Reinstatement of Existing Collection; Comment Request Notice The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") intends to conduct a pilot study in connection with Section 319 of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003. This study is a follow-up to the Commission's previous pilot study conducted from October 2005 through June 2006. Before gathering this information, the FTC is seeking public comment on its proposed consumer pilot study.
