E7-18035 Revisions to DMM 604.9.2 Postage and Fee Refunds Proposed Rule This proposed rule would revise the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]) Sec. 604.9.2 through 604.9.3.6.
