E6-21331 Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB; Youthbuild Program Notice The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. The Youthbuild Program provides disadvantaged youth, predominately high school dropouts, with educational opportunities and job skills training. Beginning with fiscal year (FY) 2007, this program transfers to the Department of Labor.
