E6-18456 Disposition of HUD-Acquired Single Family Property; Good Neighbor Next Door Sales Program Rule This final rule establishes regulations for HUD's new Good Neighbor Next Door (GNND) Sales Program. The requirements for the new program are closely modeled on those for HUD's Officer Next Door (OND) and Teacher Next Door (TND) Sales Programs.
