E6-18157 Revisions to the Nevada State Implementation Plan, Clark County Proposed Rule EPA is proposing to approve revisions to the Clark County portion of the Nevada State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern particulate matter (PM) emissions from fugitive dust sources, such as open areas, unpaved roads, and construction activities.
