E6-12224 Honey from the People's Republic of China: Notice of Rescission of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review Notice In response to a request from Tianjin Eulia Honey Co., Ltd. (Tianjin Eulia), the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register, on January 31, 2006, a notice announcing the initiation of a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on honey from the People's Republic of China (PRC) covering the period of December 1, 2004, through December 31, 2005. On July 12, 2006, Tianjin Eulia, withdrew its request for a new shipper review.
