E6-11574 Regulations Implementing the Freedom of Information Act Proposed Rule The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is proposing to revise its regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, as amended. The proposed regulations contain new provisions to comply with Executive Order 13392. In addition, the proposed regulations have been updated to reflect changes in OSHRC's policies and procedures.
