99-33937 Small-Scale Rockets Notice The FAA announces an on-line public forum on the Internet to solicit comments and information from the public on the regulation of launches of small-scale rockets. Based on information received, the FAA may initiate rulemaking to redefine the scope of launch activities that would not require FAA licensing.
