99-23691 State of Nevada; Receipt of Petition for Rulemaking Proposed Rule The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing for public comment a notice of receipt of a petition for rulemaking, dated June 22, 1999, which was filed with the Commission by the State of Nevada. The petition was docketed by the NRC on July 13, 1999, and has been assigned Docket No. PRM-73-10. The petitioner requests that the NRC amend its regulations governing safeguards for shipments of spent nuclear fuel against sabotage and terrorism.
