No 2983072-24-6); (also known as oxirane, 2-phenyl-, polymer with oxirane, monooctyl ether, sulphosuccinated, disodium salt) when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation under 40 CFR 180.960. Spring Regulatory Sciences on behalf of Evonik Corporation submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
