2026-09310 Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records Notice In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), proposes a new system of records titled "DOT/ FMCSA 015 FMCSA Registration Records."
