2026-09161 Interstate Transport and Temporary Export of National Firearms Act Firearms Proposed Rule The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives ("ATF") proposes amending Department of Justice ("Department") regulations for transporting firearms registered under the National Firearms Act ("NFA") in interstate or foreign commerce.
