2025-19221 Notice of Request To Renew an Approved Information Collection: Marking, Labeling and Packaging Notice In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, FSIS is announcing its intention to request renewal of the approved information collection regarding the regulatory requirements for marking, labeling, and packaging of meat, poultry, and egg products. This collection covers the certification of marking devices. This collection also covers the labeling approval process through which establishments are to submit their labels to FSIS for approval and maintain related files. There are no changes to the information collection.
