The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment on the proposed SAP Portal information collection as a Common Form, prior to the submission of the information collection request (ICR) to OMB for approval. In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, NCSES is providing opportunity for public comment on this action.
