In addition to this proposed transaction, Applicants also seek after-the-fact control authority for the following Van Pool subsidiaries: Dell Transportation Corp. (Dell), Hendrickson Bus Corporation (Hendrickson), Huntington Coach Corporation (Huntington Corp.), Huntington Coach, L.L.C. (Huntington LLC), Towne Bus Corp.
