2025-10477 Lower 37 GHz Band and Use of Spectrum Bands Above 24 GHz for Mobile Radio Service Proposed Rule In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) seeks comment on three issues: adopting a more stringent emissions limit for Upper Microwave Flexible Use Service (UMFUS) operations above 37 GHz; whether the first phase of the coordination mechanism adopted in the companion final rule, published elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register, can be enhanced by consideration of additional factors; and whether it might be possible to replace the same coordination mechanism with a dynamic spectrum management system (DSMS).
