Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, and Daimler Vans, USA, LLC, filed noncompliance reports dated May 25, 2024, and June 24, 2024. Mercedes-Benz subsequently petitioned NHTSA (the "Agency") on June 14, 2024, and on July 12, 2024, for a decision that the subject noncompliances are inconsequential as they relate to motor vehicle safety.
