The proposed V-76 airway amendment is removed from this action due to the amendment already being accomplished by a separate airspace docket action. The FAA is taking this action due to the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the Industry, TX (IDU), VOR/ Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) navigational aid (NAVAID).
