Since the FAA issued AD 2018-18-09, new occurrences of cracking were reported. This proposed AD would require repetitive inspections, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The proposed AD would also revise the applicability.
