2023-27172 Supplemental Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Department of Defense; Correction Rule The Department of Defense is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register on February 28, 2023. The Department of Defense, with the concurrence of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE), finalized amendments to its Supplemental Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Department of Defense (DoD Supplemental Regulation). The amendments revised and updated the DoD Supplemental Regulation originally written in 1993, to supplement the OGE Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch (OGE Standards).
