Lastly, Commerce preliminarily determines that Lianfa Stainless Steel Pipes & Valves (Qingyun) Co., Ltd. (Lianfa), Yingkou Guangming Pipeline Industry Co., Ltd. (Yingkou Guangming), Jiangsu Forged Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu), and 20 other companies for which this review was initiated are not eligible for a separate rate and, are thus, part of the China-wide entity.
