2023-19185 Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request Notice In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 ("PRA"), the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") is seeking public comments on its proposal to seek Office of Management and Budget ("OMB") clearance for information collection requirements contained in the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act, which requires the FTC to review plans for the rotation of health warnings on cigarette packaging and advertising. The proposed clearance request will be submitted to OMB for review following this opportunity for public comment.
