2023-12148 Health Breach Notification Rule Proposed Rule The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") proposes to amend the Commission's Health Breach Notification Rule (the "HBN Rule" or the "Rule") and requests public comment on the proposed changes.
