2023-08238 Reporting Nuclear Medicine Injection Extravasations as Medical Events Proposed Rule The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is making available preliminary proposed rule language for a rulemaking on the reporting of nuclear medicine injection extravasations as medical events. To inform this rulemaking, the NRC is posing questions to obtain input from stakeholders. The NRC will consider feedback on this notice in the development of a proposed rulemaking planned for publication in late 2024.
