2023-02590 Premerger Notification; Reporting and Waiting Period Requirements Rule The Federal Trade Commission ("Commission") published a document in the Federal Register of January 30, 2023, concerning the Hart-Scott-Rodino ("HSR") Premerger Notification Rules ("Rules").
