2022-23832 Funeral Industry Practices Rule Proposed Rule The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") is considering whether to initiate a rulemaking proceeding to amend its Trade Regulation Rule entitled "Funeral Industry Practices Rule" ("Funeral Rule" or "Rule").
